Starting therapy can feel a little intimidating, but it’s really just a conversation about what’s been on your mind and what you’re hoping to get out of the process. During our free consultation or initial appointment, we’ll take time to connect, talk through your concerns, and explore your therapy goals. I’ll share my approach, answer any questions, and make sure you feel comfortable. There’s no pressure to commit—this is about finding the right fit for you. Your comfort and peace of mind matter most, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy is laid-back and genuine because I want you to feel comfortable being yourself. I’m here to support you with empathy and understanding—no judgment, just a space where you can be open and heard. Building trust is key, and I’ll take the time to get to know you so we can tailor therapy to fit your unique challenges. I use a mix of approaches, including Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Systemic Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I will additionally utilize aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, along with mindfulness, and practical coping strategies. Together, we’ll find what works best for you so you can grow, heal, and move forward with confidence.
